Teaching beginners, intermediate and advanced levels of Quran and Tajweed, Calisha is a qualified teacher and has an Ijaza in the most common style of recitation Hafs ‘an ‘Asim. She utilises a deep and engaging method of teaching the Quran, allowing students to establish a strong and lasting bond and connection with Allah SWT’s Book.

As a teacher, Sister Calisha is very friendly, patient and has good Islamic knowledge. She explained the concepts very well in a simple manner that was easy to understand. Alhumdulillah I have cleared a lot of misconceptions about Islam, revised my basic knowledge and learnt how to read Quran with Tajweed thanks to her efficient teaching methods. ‬May Allah (SWT) always bless her to do righteous deeds and reward her for the benefit she brings to the community.
